Tru-Low is a bidding marketplace for local services. As a buyer, you post a job with your budget, and verified service providers bid to win your business. You compare bids, reviews, and ratings, then choose the best offer. Payment is handled securely through the app.
Yes! Downloading the app and creating an account is completely free. Buyers only pay for the services they book. Service providers may have a small fee on completed jobs, but there are no upfront costs to join or bid.
All service providers on Tru-Low must pass a criminal background check before they can bid on jobs. You can also view their ratings, reviews from other customers, and completed job history before making a decision.
When you accept a bid, your payment is securely held by Stripe (our payment partner). The money is only released to the service provider after you confirm the job is complete. This protects both parties and ensures a smooth transaction.
